Please keep the warranty card/hang tag providing with the bags and cases at purchasing for future warranty service.
Any damages caused by wear and tear or any damages from improper use are excluded from the warranty program.
OEM Products
All of OEM products supplied to our OEM customers is also guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1/2 year from the ship date of an order.
Any major damages or defects caused by production mistakes can be replaced to new products in free of charge program. Minor defects or light problems from production procedure can be handled in a proper way case by case.
Any damages or defects caused by wear and tear or any damages and defects from improve use by consumer are not covered by warrant program.
Any damages or defects during transportation from factory to customer are free from our warranty program. Customers must cover the damages by insurance or other proper ways.
